Consign your harvest to KURI.

KURI accepts consignments from licensed producers, agricultural cooperatives, and authorized exporters. Every shipment is graded on receipt, posted for the next scheduled auction, and settled within the regulated payment window set by the Korean public-market system.

Eligibility

  • Domestic farms, agricultural cooperatives (농협), and registered shippers
  • Overseas exporters with a Korean import license, or working through a licensed Korean import partner
  • Produce that meets Korean food-safety, labeling, and quarantine standards
  • Quantities aligned with our daily auction lot sizes — speak to the shipper desk before your first delivery

Packaging and labeling

  • Standard wholesale crates or cartons used in the Korean market — KURI staff can advise on accepted formats before your first shipment
  • Each unit must show producer ID, product name, grade, weight, and harvest date in Korean or in Korean and English
  • Cold-chain handling for items requiring it (leafy greens, berries, mushrooms, etc.)
  • GAP, organic, and origin certifications encouraged — affixed to each carton where available

Cut-off times

  • Vegetables: deliver to the receiving floor by 10:00 PM KST the night before the auction session.
  • Fruits: deliver by 6:00 PM KST the day before the auction session.
  • Late deliveries are held for the next scheduled auction. Please call ahead if your shipment will be delayed.
  • Same-day deliveries on holidays and Sundays are not received — the market is closed.

Fees and settlement

  • Standard commission applies, set under Korean wholesale-market regulations and the same across all licensed wholesale-market corporations.
  • Settlement is paid on the regulated schedule — typically the next business day after the auction for both fruits and vegetables.
  • Payments are issued by direct bank transfer in Korean won. Overseas shippers settle through their licensed Korean import partner.
  • A consolidated settlement statement is issued each month for tax and accounting purposes.
