Seasonality
Korean produce follows a distinct seasonal rhythm. Summer brings stone fruit and watermelon; autumn delivers apples, pears, persimmons, and the kimchi-cabbage rush; winter is citrus from Jeju and storage crops; spring brings strawberries, leafy greens, and the first new-crop produce. Live availability and grade vary day to day with what shippers bring to the floor.
